1. Acceptance of Terms

By using IntelliPrompter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Service Description

IntelliPrompter is a desktop application that provides real-time meeting intelligence including transcription, AI coaching, and corporate data integration. The service includes both local processing capabilities and optional cloud-based AI features.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding meeting recording in your jurisdiction.
• You must obtain appropriate consent before recording or transcribing meetings where required by law.
• You are responsible for securing your API keys and account credentials.
• You must not use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

IntelliPrompter is provided "as is" without warranty. AI coaching suggestions are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or financial advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.
