Meeting review is the page you land on the second you click End meeting. Everything the meeting produced is here, in one place. Summary, action items, transcript, coaching cards, snapshots, tags. You do not have to go hunting across tabs.
Header
A thin row across the top: meeting title, date, duration, participants, and the privacy mode you used for the call. The privacy mode is worth a glance because it tells you what the rest of the page is allowed to show you.
Summary
A few-sentence recap of what happened and what was decided. The goal is to give a teammate who was not on the call enough to catch up in thirty seconds. Use Copy summary at the top-right of the section to paste it into Slack or send it on.
Action items
A bulleted list of what came out of the meeting. Each item has an owner and, where one was agreed on, a due date. If an owner was never named, the item shows as unassigned and you can set it yourself. Use Copy action items to pull them into an email or a ticket.
Transcript
The full transcript, segment by segment, speaker-labeled, timestamped. Click any segment to edit misheard text or reassign it to a different speaker. Rename a speaker once and the change propagates across every segment in the meeting. Transcript edits are local to your machine and do not sync anywhere.
Coaching events
Every coaching card that fired during the meeting shows up here in the order it appeared, with its three buttons intact so you can rate it after the fact:
- Thumbs up. Useful. Keep doing this.
- Thumbs down. Trains the engine to stop running that pattern on you.
- Dismiss (x). Irrelevant to this moment. Do not count it against the coach, just move on.
Rating after the meeting is more honest than rating in the moment. You know how the call ended. Use that information.
Snapshots
Moments you flagged live by hitting Cmd+Shift+S during the call. A quick index into what mattered. Click one to jump the transcript to that timestamp.
Highlight tags
Tag any segment during the meeting or afterward. Pick from your existing tag palette or create a new tag on the spot. A filter strip across the top of the transcript lets you narrow to a single tag so you can scan only the pricing moments, only the objection moments, only the hiring-signal moments. Tags are how you compare across meetings later. See Ask Meetings for the cross-meeting view.
Copy and export
- Copy summary. Paste into Slack or an email.
- Copy action items. Paste into a ticket, a doc, or a chat.
- Markdown export. The whole page as one file: summary, action items, full transcript.
- JSON export. The same data in a structured form for your own tooling.
The transcript is yours. Share it deliberately, not reflexively.
Removing a meeting
The x in the top-right removes the meeting, the transcript, and the embedded index entries that make it searchable across meetings. Immediate, local, no undo.
Rejoining a call
If you ended the meeting by mistake and the call is still live, the review page shows a Rejoin button. Click it and you are back in. Only works while the call is still live.
What review looks like by mode
- Full. Everything above is available.
- Ephemeral. There is no review page. The meeting ends and nothing persists.
- Self-only. The review page shows only your side of the transcript. Coaching cards, snapshots, and action items you captured are all still there.
See Privacy Modes for the full breakdown of what each mode captures.
Where to go from here
- Ask Meetings. Query across every meeting you have kept.
- Privacy Modes. Pick what gets captured in the first place.
- Knowledge Base. Promote a decision or a quote from a meeting into your permanent notes.
